This policy complements the Terms of Service and Content Guidelines. By using LacunaEngine you agree not to:

Content

• Generate or publish anything prohibited by the Content Guidelines (sexual content involving minors, pornography, illegal or self-harm instructions, real-person abuse).
• Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

Platform integrity

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or probe our safety filters, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically harvest the Service except via interfaces we provide.
• Disrupt, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content.

Accounts & billing

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or credits, or resell the Service, without our permission.
• Use stolen payment methods, commit fraud, or abuse refunds/chargebacks.
• Create accounts to evade suspensions or limits.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including filtering or removing content, throttling, suspending, or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement where appropriate.
