What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (e.g. name, email, avatar).
- Creator Content — the novels, characters, places, maps, prompts, and assets you create.
- Usage & billing data — credits, generation jobs, plan/subscription status, and payment records (handled by Stripe).
- Technical data — logs and basic device/browser information needed to operate the Service.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service (authoring, generation, preview, publishing).
- To process payments, credits, and subscriptions.
- To enforce our Terms and Guidelines and to keep the Service safe.
- To maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
Third parties / sub-processors
We share data with providers as needed to run the Service, including:
- Anthropic (text generation), fal.ai / Google (image & media generation) — your prompts and related content are sent to produce results.
- Stripe (payments).
- Google (sign-in).
- Hosting / storage / CDN providers for your assets.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated content.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us.
- Stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
